Scenario -

The Management wants to know, the total number of transactions processed by each database, and the respective CPU Utilization.

Reason - 

The Management wants to decide -

a) What is the ratio of total number of transactions to the CPU Utilized by each Databases / Instances.

b) What if, the transactions increases, the corresponding CPU Utilization by each Database / Instances.
