Standard Article Clauses not visible

Hello,

I am working in Oracle Project Contracts 12.1.3

I defined a clause and got it approved. Then I defined a folder and linked that clause with the folder. Moreover I defined a contract template and put the clause in it.

Still when I try to put that clause in a contract, the "standard article sets" window that opens up shows no clause or folder in it.

I have pasted a screenshot of the standard article sets below for your reference:

Kindly advise me on how to proceed regarding this ...
