Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We want to send a email to every customer whenever a new lead will be generated into system.

Requesting to members to guide on this that how to configure a workflow for the same.
