Oracle Real Application Testing - Oracle Database Option -SQL Performance Analyzer

The SQL Performance Analyzer is part Oracle Real Application Testing which is an Oracle Database Option.

I have Oracle Database Standard 11G. Is there anyway I can get this. It would really help figuring out why one database is performing differently from another and in tuning ththese databases for the application running.
