Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

On repair order form we are getting error - Invalid unit of measure for this item.

We observed that when we try to book the meterial at ship line system gives below error

" Error from order management" with caution that

Invalid unit of measure for this item.

Can anybody guide how to resolve this. Because in sale order UOM is correct. i.e EA.
