Diagnostic pages do not render rightly on IE7, but works fine on IE6 & Firefox

Hello Experts,

We upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 and post which some of the Diagnostic tests are corrupted. While we are working with on resolving corruption, we also find that the Diagnostic tests pages are not rending rightly on IE 7 (refer attachment). However, they appear rightly on IE 6 and firefox. Any help/thoughts in this regards is much appreciated.
