Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. ODA CORE count Key generation is now supported using HTML5 -

MOS has transitioned from FLASH to HTML only:
During the transition from FLASH to HTML formats the ODA core count key generation feature was unavailable using HTML for a period of time.
MOS HTML now supports the ODA core count key generation.

Please see 1447093.1 for informaiton on steps to create your new ODA core key to change your core key count
