DDC_A#0 Status:Faulted

Hello,

I have a new M5000 that is showing the error (via "showstatus"): 

*   MBU_B Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_A#0 Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_A#1 Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_A#2 Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_A#3 Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_B#0 Status:Deconfigured;
*       DDC_B#1 Status:Deconfigured;
*   IOU#1 Status:Degraded;
*       DDC_A#0 Status:Faulted;
*       DDCR Status:Deconfigured;
*           DDC_B#0 Status:Deconfigured;

When this occurs, both domains power off and cannot be powered on.   If I remove power from the server, and turn back on, the error temporarily goes away, and the domains can be booted.

After domains are up for an hour or so, the problem re-asserts itself.
