 Hi Friends,


User Who is buyer when he is trying to attach the file instead of opening the browsing page it is opening login page when he is trying to login Error:You have insufficient privilages.Please contact system administrator


For the above issue user is able to attach file in my system but he is not able to do same in his system can any one please suggest the solution to solve in user system
