OTL: Void and Reversals Changing Retro Elements

We are having an issue when a void/reversal is done for an employee. When retro is run on this employee the for the same period the system is trying to “undo” the previous action that was taken to reverse the original payment by generating it’s own entries.  This has happened twice now with the same situation however different employees. Has anyone else experienced this?  Or has something changed with the way that voids and reversals should be done?
