Customizing The OAM OOTB Login Page

I am attempting to customize the OAM OOTB login page and so far have been able to change the Oracle Logo by replacing: 
   /opt/app/Middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/oam_server1/tmp/_WL_user/oam_server/xrd2uw/war/pages/images/login_logo.png

However, I am not seeing any of the changes I make to: 

    /opt/app/Middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/oam_server1/tmp/_WL_user/oam_server/xrd2uw/war/pages/login.jsp

Take effect.... does any one have an suggestions as to how I can get this done?
