cannot find BIP Batch conversion Utility on my machine. for the purpose of converting oracle reports

HI Experts & Gurus,

i need to convert some of my Oracle reports exsting in my folder into Oracle BI Pub reports. For that I have gone through the documentation and found some steps which need 6 .jar files and oracleapps.xdo.rdfparser BIPBatch conversion Utility to be executed in cmd prompt.

But I don't find the oracleapps.xdo.rdfparder anywhere in my machine. I need to convert all the reports soon for my project. Anybody please help me in this task.

I am using Oracle reports10g and Oracle BIPublisher 10g.
