okc_exp_r12_upg.sql script fails when running the 6678700 upgrade driver

 While upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1, okc_exp_r12_upg.sql is failing while running the 6678700 upgrade driver. Did any one run into the same issue? If so, what was the resolution? I have attached errors for review.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file okc_exp_r12_upg.sql on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
