Some Oracle Forms objects did not generated successfully when applying the Oracle E-Business Suite 1

Hi,
I'm trying to applying the merged patches for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Extended Support in our web/forms servers but encounter the following errors:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        PNXVAREN.pll
au      resource        PNTAUPMT.pll
au      resource        PNTLEASE.pll



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

Need your help on this one since we are on a tight schedule to applying these patches.
