BI Publisher as WF notification attachment

 Hi, 

  we have a requirement like the BI Publisher report developed for the Purchase should be communicated to the buyer/supplier through email.

   The requirement is like when the Purchase order  is in the approved status.
        The Custom report developed should be coming as an attachment along with the notification.

I am posting here because we have requirement with the BI Publisher report, Please let me know where to contact if this is not the correct community to post this question.
