Task assignment has not assigned the task to Employee automatically

Hi All

I am in 12.1.2. I have created  a Sales order and booked. It has Pick released with Auto allocate =Yes, Plan Task=Yes and Pick confirm=No. After that i queried in WCB, it does not assigned to Employee who has assigned to the Pick task resource/instance. It showed as unreleased. What could be the Reason. (profile option: WMS: ASSIGN TASK TYPES=Yes)
