Sale Order Lines NOT Closed - Interfaced to Receivables

Hi,

It may an interesting situation for gurus / experts.

Application version / release is R12.1.3.

Workflow for OM Transactions is setup as below:

Order Flow - Generic with Header Level Invoice Interface

Line Flow - Generic with Header Level Invoice Interface

Sometimes, Sale Order Lines are not closed. And OE-Line-Status stays as ‘Interface to Receivable’. The SO is posted in Receivables and AR Invoice is generated.

But it can’t be produced / done at will.

What can be a reason behind that? How to locate / trace the reason and resolve the issue?
