SLM:Prospective supplier registration process

I have tested the functionality in R12 vision instance and the registration process worked as expected.

We wanted to test this functionality by having SLM on external mode (outside firewall) .The below profiles were set as below

POS: SM: Prospect Supplier Proxy Login User :SLMGUEST

SLM guest is associated with an employee name and added with POS Supplier Guest User responsibility.

PON:External Application Framework Agent: https://testprj13.webstore.cochlear.com

POS: External URL: https://testprj13.webstore.cochlear.com


Process:

Administrator registers a prospective supplier .

Prospective supplier contact gets an email with FYI invitation to register  and when clicking on the Oracle application system hyperlink ,the system prompts the supplier contact to login(the system should not ask to login as its prospective supplier registration).I have tested in Vision and it does not prompt for login and now not sure why is it prompting?
