ORA-01017 reported on av_client-0.log

After configuring Redo Collector. When we try to load database source information on AV Server, we get the message : java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
The message can be found on $ORACLE_HOME/av/log/av_client-0.log

Any ideias ?
