HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS synonym in APPS

Hi

We are doing Migration 11.5.10 to Release 12.1.3, In one of the  Dev instances we observed that synonym HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS was not created in APPS and we created manually.

We would like to know if this synonym HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS is valid in apps in R12 instance any hints on this are highly appreciated.
