When an asset has been disposed, I noted that the in service flag is checked.  Since a disposed asset, by definition, cannot be in service, one would expect that the flag would be unchecked by the disposal/retriment process.  In 12.1.3 (my instance) it is not.  Is this "expected functionality" or  a bug
