Errors during ( HRMS Family Pack K Rollup 7) patch 12807777 application.

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2
Applied all pre req patch per Note 1442165.1

There are a number of forms that had issues as well as one(1) pll program "hrapac.pll" did not compile.  DBA skipped it as if successful then I got the following FMX issues:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
