Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Problem with R12 GL Account Inquiry drilldown where source is Cost Management

Hi

I was trying to drilldown from GL Account Inquiry - View Transaction (GL Batch name Cost Management).

The error message I'm getting is 'The Receiving Accounting Events function is not available under the GL responsibility.

We have applied patch 11869530 but getting the same error message. What's my next step?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
