How to rectify this Error ??

Hi,
I am getting below error when creating ST / OT  order. Any clue / remedy action to rectify this ?? Primary and all other UOM 's = EA for this Part number  No idea why this error pops-up.

Cannot Convert UOM back to Primary  

A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE. . . . . The Related Unit of Measure that you have entered does not
have the appropriate entry in the table to show a conversion
factor back to the primary unit of measure.
RESOLUTION . . Make an entry in the table that shows the conversion factor
of this unit of measure or related unit of measure to the primary
