Oracle VM Manager (2.2.2) crushes and cannot access

Dear All,
My Oracle VM Manager (2.2.2) has 2 Oracle VM Servers (2.2.0) are added into it and has 4 virtual machines are running.
Now my Oracle VM Manager crushes and cannot access any more, how can I recover resources back to normal?
