Shipping Exceptions Report always print out

 Can anyone have an idea why Shipping Exceptions Report (after run pick and ship at OM) has the print copy = 1?I have checked at :
Document Sets at OM : All Document Sets have the Copy field = 0
System Profile "Report Copy" : null
I tried to run only Shipping Exceptions Report then I could see the printer copies = 0
But when running from the set (pick and ship), the Shipping Exceptions Reports has the printer copies = 1.
I don't know why running Pick and Ship the Shipping Exceptions Report always print out.
Could you please advise?
