FDM 11.1.2.x ; Making the Intersection Validation Reports stream as HTML instead of XML + XSL

Hi guys,
back in the 'good old days' at Upstream, FDM would generate an Intersection Validation report in .htm format.
The drawbacks were that it required MS Excel on the server to generate the file.
It has since been improved to use an XML-based generation method ; however it relies on the browser to perform the stylesheet interpretations of the Validation report.
Since introduction of XML-based validation reports, there have been many support cases raised, and solving them usually required changing the security settings of the browser, and ensuring the browser is associated with XML files properly on the client.
