Risk when upgrade level code

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------

I'm applying the Patch 8522002,it require upgrade to level code R12.AD.B.delta.2 and R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.2 before apply this patch .
Is there any risk when i upgrade to that level code  ?
