Errors on R12 upgrade patch 6678700

 Received the errors below when upgrading to R12 using patch 6678700.  Was able to resolve all other errors and completed patch.
#1  FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @IBC:patch/115/import/ibccitem.lct
@IBC:patch/115/import/US/ibccitem.ldt

Dumped the batch (IBC_CONTENT_ITEMS 1 , IBC_CITEM_VERSIONS 198 ) into
FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Upload from stage tables
 Error loading seed data for IBC_CITEM_VERSIONS:  CONTENT_ITEM_ID = 1,
CITEM_VERSION_ID = 1,  ORA-29861: domain index is marked
LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE
 Error loading seed data for IBC_CITEM_VERSIONS:  CONTENT_ITEM_ID = 2,
CITEM_VERSION_ID = 2,  ORA-29861: domain index is marked
LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE
 Error loading seed data for IBC_CITEM_VERSIONS:  CONTENT_ITEM_ID =
