In 12.1.3 - How to find the "FIND Service Request" legacy form in Contact Center

in 12.0.6, after navigating to the Contact Center, you used to be able to click on the Service Request Tab --> Details tab and then click on the flashlight to bring up the Service Request form for searching or viewing saved searchs.

In 12.1.3, this is navigation is not possible in the Contact Center.  You have to enter something in S/R region of the form before the Details button will work.

How to I instruction the agents to find the "Find Service Request" form ?
