The biz rule prompt

I created a biz rule with 1 global variable [Var_Period] prompt.   The form has 1 drop-down box (Period).  The biz rule properties in the form are checked to use the form's "run on save", "members on data form" and "hide prompt".   I still get the prompt box.  

I do not want the prompt.

How do I stop the prompt from popping up?
