cascade picklist fields

Is it possible to create cascading relation ship between the fields on a web form just like we have on CRMOD.

Here's a secnario

We have different business units spread globally and we are trying to create a global  preference center. Some units could be doing using ODM just for tradeshows, some for newsletter , and some for both.

We are trying to create a preference center where the user selects the business segment then only related marketing activities should be avilable to choose.

For Ex  a user selects Division - BU1 then is it possible to display only Tradeshows for sub selection under that field.
