Supplier Catalog pricing not defaulting to requisition

Supplier Catalog pricing not defaulting to requisition self service..

Works fine in test and dev environments ( 8.12) When I created the PY  setups which I have doubled checked, all is working fine except the supplier pricing from P41061 doesa not populate the item/supplier as chosen. Any ideas what I am missing/  I checked the system and BP constants/ same versions run fine in DEV.
