BPA Expiration Notification Alert

Hi,

I am trying to setup a BPA Expiration Notification alert where it runs every calendar day (once / day) and notifies the buyer that a BPA is about to expire. However, once it has notified the BUyer I do not want the alert to send the 2nd notification for that same BPA# again for another 10 days.

See attached files for screen captures of the alert. Based on the way I currently have it setup, it is sending an alert for the same BPA# about to expire. However, I do not want it to resend the notification for that BPA# until the 10th day and I am storing 9 days of history.
