Enforce Ship-To Location

Background:

We implement oracle EBS ver 11.5.10

we have the following modules HRMS, Advanced benefit, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Project , GL, FA

Our Organization designate an individual to make requisition on behalf of many other people.

The preparer of the requisition will  put the requestor name and location (from HR) on the requisition,

get the requisition approved and buyers will create a PO and also get it approved.

The issue is people receive on other peoples PO, there by causing a lot of problem.

I set the Enforce Ship-to location  in the receiving option to REJECT (also at the vendor, item and po levels)   expecting it to filter the available PO
