How can I update the Security Profile that got created when I defined a new Business Group?

I created a new Business Group and it automatically created a Security Profile. When I attempted to update the Security Profile in Global HRMS Manager, it was not updatable. I need to restrict the access to specific operating units and inventory organizations. We are setting up a new business in the same instance and we want restricted access by operating unit and inventory organization. Please refer to the attached screenshots.
