Order import error for line changes on ATO

HI Everyone,

We need help on importing changes on an order using order import specifically ship set number changes on an ATO order line.

We are bringing line changes from our 11i instance to oracle R12 instance.

We have a scenario where the ship set number on an ATO line can change in 11i and the same should be sent to R12. When our dev team sent the changes to R12, they set the operation code='UPDATE' and sent the configurable item and also its option classes and options underneath it. But we got an error in the standard order import saying 'cannot perform set operations on this line' and this error is showing up on the minor lines. Hence we deleted the minor lines and the change processed successfully in R12. Wwe were able to see that ship set numbers in our
