Patch: 13024047 (Cash Management (ce)): CEXCABMR.fmb cannot compile

Hi,

While applying patch 13024047 failing at

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ce forms/US CEXCABMR.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Attempt to compile CEXCABMR.fmx manually also fail with this error shown below:
