Hi,

I encountered an error while applying patch 5644830.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

pa      forms/US        PARUTFRT.fmx



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :

Note: Please remove the .txt on the file extension to unzip the adworker logs.
