Oracle Apps database upgrade - 11.2.0.2 RDBMS patches

Hi,
We want to upgrade our Oracle Apps 12.0.6 database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2.
We use MOS doc id 1367644.1 (Interoperability Notes Oracle EBS R12 with Oracle Database 11gR2 (11.2.0.2) ) as main reference in this upgrade process. 
Then I found another MOS doc id 1320966.1 (Thins to Consider Before Upgrading to 11.2.0.2 to Avoid Poor Performance or Wrong Results) which recommend to apply 11.2.0.2 RDBMS patches which does not included on 11.2.0.2 RDBMS patches section on MOS doc id 1367644.

Should we also apply 11.2.0.2 RDBMS patches as mentioned on MOS doc id 1320966 in our Oracle Apps database upgrade?

Please advise..
