Need expertise - Custom Move Order holding Sales Order Reservation without Pick Release

Hi,

have anyone of you created custom Move Orders in Inventory that would hold the item reservation against Sales Order Line as well?

Exactly like Pick Wave Move Order, but without "Released to Warehouse" stage yet.

In other words, I need to move Inventory stock between locators before Pick Releasing it with standard functionality.

I also need the system to keep the reservation and SN allocation for this order.

I don't have MSCA and WMS to do it there.

Please advise,
