Labor Cost account in case of cross charged transaction

Hi,

From UK OU responsiblity we have cross charged US Project. Then we ran PRC: Dist. Labor Cost from UK responsibility. Now I'm not able to understand whose Labor Cost account should be debited whteher US or UK?

Please share your inputs.
