notify subject for Pickup Notification withdrawal is TENDER CANCEL, not PICKUP CANCEL

Hi,

I was wondering whether there's no differentation between withdrawing a tender in status SECURE RESOURCES_PICKUP NOTIFICATION and SECURE RESOURCES_TENDERED with respect to the notify subject used for EMAIL communication. Both withdrawals generate a notify subject of: "Sending notification TENDER CANCEL".

For sending the tender, the Pickup shipment generates PICKUP  notify subject, whereas the tender shipment generates TENDER notify subject.

Why is there no difference for the withdrawal? There is a notify subject of PICKUP CANCEL available in OTM. Is it configurable to use this?
