Applying OBPM 6.0.5 Patch

We are currently on BPM Enterprise 6.04 build #100427 and are planning on applying the BPM MP5 (6.0.5) patch.   I downloaded the "Oracle BPM 6.0.5 Hotfix build 101251 Enterprise J2EE" patch but there's no instructions.  When I click on the Release Notes (https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/download?type=readme&aru=14712153#N88279) -- How to Update, the link is broken.   Can someone please provide me with the instructions for applying this patch?
