Tax questions in R12(12.1.3) with ADP Taxware integration

We are having issue in our AR and AP R12(12.1.3) application that relates to tax and I was wonder if someone can assist us to pass through this tax issue.....

I know in R12 the Taxation is total changes and there is a common tax authority in R12 applications now.

However, we do NOT use tax in any of our Oracle application excpet our Oracle Receivable application.

Also, we only use tax in AR for Credit Memo transactions ONLY.

All our AR transactions are imported from our Siebel CRM into our AR Transaction interface table and validated and come to AR and Invoice.
