Header Fields for OOTB Import Files

Where can I download/obtain examples of the header fields for key areas of data within the E-Business Suite. We are trying to execute a data mapping session to configure our legacy data that we will have to cut-over from our existing systems into EBS products during our implementation. I currently do not have access to a test environment and am a bit lost here on Support trying to obtain these items via search.
