12431989 12.1.3 creating lot of trace files and mount point getting full.

We are applying hot patch 12431989 and it is creating lot of trace files.
While apply below patches in hot patch mode, the instance went down 3 times due to lot of trace files getting generated.
This causes the users to have no access to the system.

10040337 - R12.OIE.B: Oracle Internet Expenses Advanced Receipt Management consolidated changes.
10337556 - R12.OIE.B: 'Number of Attendees' goes blank, when the user moves on to the details page.
10374671 - R12.OIE.B: NPE is thrown on the details page, when the credit card usage setup is not done.
13842718 - R12.OIE.B: Unable to view the details of the expense reports of the terminated employee by an auditor
