Can not display on the screen elements that were created on FSG 11i (rows, columns, content and orde

HiUpgraded an instance from 11i to 12g
Need to do changes on several elements created on 11i but when query them not shows anything else
whether define new elements the LOV shows all of them
does anybody is facing something like that
