Issue: adbldxml.pl fails with error AC-40003 when creating a new Database Context File

bash-3.2$ perl adbldxml.pl tier=db

The log file for this adbldxml session is located at:

AC-40003: Error: Exception - java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
occured while determining the value for Context variable - s_dbhome3. Context file can not be generated.
