Cannot use Find Service Request form to search in summary text

Hi

We've just upgraded form 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. When trying to do a find service request and go down to "Text Search" and select summary we ge the following errors:

APP-JTF-210604
jtf_grid populate package report error
grid: <CS_FIND_GRID.ITEM_GRID>
datasource: <CS_SR_FIND_SERVICE_REQUEST_NUM>

When clicking OK it comes up with the following errors:
The error stack is (first 1000 bytes):
ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10837: section SUMMARY does not exist
ORA-06512 at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB" line 837
ORA-06512 at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB" line 837

We've already followed note 785698.1 with the following solution provided:
